Is there any alternatives to Microsoft Outlook Express? I was just trying to sync my YIO clients to Outlook and realized that I don't have it. Is there any free programs to use to take the place of it?

I needed some attention to this question so i changed the title.

One that is free is Mozilla Thunderbird.

Nope, YIO doesn't sync to thunderbird.
