That is a massive amount of work!
I've not run reports on apps yet but I did check my CRM for calls yesterday afternoon. Inbound, outbound, and missed calls totaled 1,790 from 10/1-12/6 of yesterday afternoon. Lots of texts and emails too.
It's a wonder we keep our sanity. It's a lot. Glad it's mostly over, though during the next two weeks I have a bunch of med supp re-writes that I asked people to "defer until after 12/7" so there is still some work to do.
