Yes next yr will have the remaining balance of this years earned income, but it WONT a lot of the business I do THIS yr on it...so while it'll be more, shouldnt be a lot more!

Now Im still deducting all my exp as normal right?

If I read this right (and I'm not sure how many 1099s you receive), if you make less than $600 the company doesn't have to send you a 1099. Does that bring it closer?

They are not required to send 1099's for less than $599 but you are still supposed to report it.

Some companies send them regardless of the amount. UA sent me a 1099 last year for $350.

I got one from today's options or some company affiliated with them for $3 and some change last year. I didn't get any commissions from them that year but I added it to my total anyway. I wonder how many they send out like that. I may start sending 1099's for $5-$10 to random people.
