How is reporting on the number of carriers exiting MAP plans scare tactics? It's just reporting on reality.

Also based on what I have read more carriers are existing MAP markets than entering them, even though the number of people with MAP plans is increasing every year. This implies the market is consolidating which isn't always a good thing with respect to keeping overall prices (eg premium, MOOP, etc.) down (supply/demand issues).

Give it a month or two, you'll figure it out.

If you want to see the future, look at the ACA market in 2017, down to 1 or 2 carriers. A trend that started in 2015 with 8 to 10 carriers
