Whats the quickest way to write 300 auto insurance policies. 90days A 20k bonus depends on it.

I know, I know if it was easy we would all be doing it all the time, but when you have 20k as an incentive on top of your regular commission it kind of gets you going. It's kind of like free marketing money.

Thanks,

Hire a pile of outbound telemarketers that have experience generating quality leads! If only I knew someone that could help you with that ;)

Another option would be to give aged auto leads a try, Michael Norris of StellarProspects.com can help you with that type of volume.

Josh do you ever sleep??

Let me know what you have in the way of leads from your telemarketers.

I'll try to get something over to you in the afternoon (I usually sleep in a little late). In the mean time, could you PM or e-mail me more info about what type of leads you're looking for, specifically if it's standard/non-standard auto and what age ranges/geography you'd prefer to write in.

what is our cut if we get you there?

1. buy online leads, these are people that are looking!
2. flyer apartment complexes.
3. send a "new referral program" out to your clients, give them move tickets for a referral, wether you write it or not.

Are you captive or IA, do you have products that you can sell easily?

This is a captive situation. Im an IA but this is for a friend of mine that is a 20 yr captive agent. They are not the cheapest for sure but they can compete in some instances.

Hahaha..You are correct.

Its almost like you would have to spend 10-15 k to do it. That would still be worth it I think.

If the avg 6 month premium is 400.00 at 10% comish X's 300 policies thats 12k of comish pluss 20k bonus ='s 32k

They do better of course when they package so maybe just buying home ins leads and then adding the auto to that would be more effective.

Your thoughts?

300 in 90 days is no small feat unless of course you have a large agency loaded with man power to accomplish this. I assume this is the case?

Yeah, what's the normal production for a 90 day period? That would give a better understanding of what kind of goal this is.
