If I only had 20 and would never see another 20, I would call through them first and grab the low hanging fruit and then door knock the ones I couldn't get a hold of/blew me off on the phone.

In my opinion, if you're a new agent it would be a waste to call through only 20 leads. You'll burn too many over the phone.

Wait 1-2 weeks before knocking & they'll forget. It's almost like a brand new lead! LOL

They get so many cards and calls that they won't remember that you called them.
If you ever do have have one that does remember, just tell them that you don't give up that easily.

Depends on how scattered they are. If you ordered from 1 or 2 zip codes knock them in optimized route order and grab all the low hanging fruit, maybe even do 2 or 3 rounds.. then call the not homes.
