Why not just pay $10 gas card to get s quote? It's like paying $10 per lead and isn't contingent on you buying anything? Not sure laws of Florida but this is just something I was thinking as I read your post so I thought share it.

Why, all it will do is makes your lead cost, go way up. Spend that money on more direct mail, without the 20 $. give back.

If I was doing this campaign I would put on the lead card that the $20 gas card will be recieved once an apt is set with our insurance agent specialist in the MA field. This way he has an out, you don't want to pay 20 per lead plus the mailing cost. lets just say he gets back 5%. He now has 50 leads costing him about over 1k plus the mailing cost. It might work at these numbers even giving them the $20 gas card. The problem is what if he gets back near 10% which is possible, now the cost is over 2k with many just wanting the freebie...how are you going to manage sending out that many gas cards?....You will spend more time and money just sending out free gas cards...just saying

I would make sure you put it in fine print, the gas card will be recieved when an agent sets an apt to talk about important health coverage.
