Noble sentiments, but, realistically, are you going to want to continue working in the Medicare Advantage arena when there is no continuity from year to year? Can you afford to spend 2-3 hours for appointment, not to mention the time servicing the account? I don't mean to imply that the renewal commision isn't large enough, but this whole system is predicated on there actually being renewals in subsequent years. How long does the average mapd policy stay on the books?
