I'm a victim. My own wife's plan, in place before Odummer was even a senator, is cancelled 12/31. $2500 ded 100% plan at $310/mo offered bronze plan with $6500 ded 100% at $380. Affordable? We will take what we can, because we can, but man this sucks for those that have been doing the right thing all along.

I'm getting a lot of screaming phone calls as well, threatening to take everyone to DFS/DOI/hell/etc.
They all insist they must be given 60 days notice of termination in writing. They were, they were actually notified in January, ~300 days in advance, after DFS approved the termination. They received additional 60 and 30 day notices from both me and the carrier when they didn't reply with a plan selection.
They all claim to have never received any of them except for the last one. Even the ones who called in Jan/Feb and complained about the notice...

Near the end of 2013 there were so many cancellations that a website was started for people to post their cancellation notices.
From what I'm reading on the forum, it seems like there are far more this year. Or is that my imagination?
