I just saw an add for 4.10% for 6 years but can't figure out the carrier, any idea who it is? says a it pays 2.50% commission and issues to age 90. love to write it.

Look for the small print - it just may be for the first year for over $100K.

Never done any annuity marketing before. Do they have pre-approved mailers? Can the rate be advertised?
