Really? Well I apologize for speaking too quickly. Like I said I didn't have a lot of experience with their FE so I appreciate you shedding some light on it for me.

PS: I may have mis-spoken when I said their underwriting takes a long time, it would have probably been better to say their processing, again, just my experience. Either way I appreciate the info.

Yes, their processing is a bear. I haven't used their new phone process, but I think you still have to mail the application and check in. No faxing. Trying to someone on the phone there with a brain is also very difficult. They do not have departments like , new business, commissions, policy services or anything. Anyone you talk to is supposed to be able to deal with any subject.

Their website take a computer degree to figure out.

Other than that, they are a pretty good company. Good rates and their client brochure is the best I've seen. Clients love it and they also love all the military lingo and references.
