To clarify for new folks you can check out my website my video's explain it further.

But basically if you get 20 leads every week you have some left behind that you never got to work because either they didn't answer the phone or they weren't home Etc.
So over time that pile gets bigger and bigger because you're consistently getting 20 fresh ones every week.

So I am setting appointments with my 20 new leads and then continue to call through my older leads from the prior weeks in order to book a full day of appointments.
