Client is not on any maintenance drugs but had a stent 3 months ago and Xanax. Nothing else. No other height or weight issues. Best carrier? Person is on Direct Express BUT if they were not who would have been best option?

Stents are used for other than heart problems but I assume that is what the OP is talking about.

My understanding is that a stent is "vascular" or "circulatory" surgery, and most carriers I use often lump the knockout question along the lines of "During the last 24 months has the Proposed Insured been diagnosed as having, or been treated for Heart or circulatory surgery, including pacemaker, heart valve replacement, bypass, angioplasty, stent implant, or any procedure to improve circulation to the heart or brain? (that particular version is from RNA).

If there is a carrier out there where stent impant 3 months ago is level coverage, I would love a contract with said carrier.

You can have bronchial stents, urinary tract stents, etc... Any type of vessel or tube in the body that carries fluid or air may become damaged and require a stent. As to the effect of those non vascular stents would have on underwriting, I am not sure. UNL will give immediate coverage 12 months after heart surgery or stent placement.
