Is there a Final Expense IMO/FMO that truly allows you to be fully independent?

Nobody’s doubting he spends a lot but that still doesn’t change the fact profit margins are massive and much more than overriding regular street . Kudo’s to him for making boatloads of $
How come he won’t tell everyone here he’s making massive profits and that he’s not interested in the little 20% override that agencies are making using F2F agents ?

In David’s defense, which she doesn’t need any he’s also building an agency from a pool of recruits completely opposite of this old worn out angry crowd that frequents the forums.

There people that are looking for a job but willing to bet on themselves have a desire to work from home and a follow system. He’s built from the ground up.

We should all honestly take a page from that book.

I’m sure it’s not “massive” even on 60% override if agents aren’t hitting 3500k a week your losing $
Since you’ve chosen to argue this I’ll say your math is bad . David price on Cody’s show a few weeks ago was bragging how he made $2 mil with 75% profit margins .

Newsflash: if that was true, everyone would be doing it.

It has taken way more time and way more money to make the machine work as well as it does now. Anyone who thinks a free lead system is a license to print money - without actually building out the infrastructure - is sorely mistaken. It is a fairly complex operation with a ton of moving parts.

Also, not all free lead organizations are equal. There is an enormous chasm between what we do and what others do regarding lead quality, CRM/dialer infrastructure, and real-life coaching and accountability. I have been shocked to see the "systems" others do using data leads, crappy dialers, etc., versus spending the money on quality systems to optimize the agent's money-making experience.

We did $1,050,000 in approved AP last month off of less than 50 writing agents. Last year in October, we wrote 30 or 40 apps off of a handful of agents. Half of our top 20 agents last month are new to final expense within the past 120 days.

I've tried it a few times and failed miserably . . .

Nobody’s denying it’s super hard to do . What’s not deniable is if you succeed how much money you can make . We’re not even taking into account the 8-10% renewals being made on the back end of 10’s of millions of revenues . Again kudo’s to Dave .

He has a video where he’s claiming that telesales agents with free leads make more money than f2f on the broker side. Main reason they don’t have to worry about lead expense and the weekly stress of buying leads. At the end of the video he says after you need with his free lead program he may let you move up into the brokerage side of the business. WTF ?

And that’s true for many agents . Paralysis of spending big money on leads holds many back . It’s the old saying 40% of $5 k is better than 130% of zero . The truth is the vast majority of agents are better of being “employees” . To each his own
