#TRUTHIt has taken way more time and way more money to make the machine work as well as it does now. Anyone who thinks a free lead system is a license to print money - without actually building out the infrastructure - is sorely mistaken. It is a fairly complex operation with a ton of moving parts.

Main reason they don’t have to worry about lead expense and the weekly stress of buying leads. At the end of the video he says after you need with his free lead program he may let you move up into the brokerage side of the business. WTF ?Nobody’s denying it’s super hard to do . And that’s true for many agents . Paralysis of spending big money on leads holds many back . It’s the old saying 40% of $5 k is better than 130% of zero . The truth is the vast majority of agents are better of being “employees” .
