I posted this in life insurance section, but looking like final expense might be only option.

Is there any way to get up to 50K?

I know about Monumental and Fidelity.

Anything else?

5'-1", 140 lbs
Uses cane when away from home because back pain makes ithard to walk distances.

Chronic back pain from 4 vertabrae that are bone on bone asa result of breaking them in the past. Osteoarthritis set in.
Type 2 diabetic, oralmedications. Put on Gababpentin last month for nueropathy in feet.

Rx's:
1. Fentanyl dis 75 mcg/hr. (patch) -- Back pain
2. Carisoprodol tab 350 mg ---Muscle relaxer---For Back
3. Oxycodone/apap --------Back Pain
4. Clonazepam ----anxiety
5. Fluoxetine------Depression
6. Atenolol --- Familial tremor--one hand
7. Omeprazole----Gerd
8. Acyclovir----Shingles on back
9. Metformin----Diabetes
10. Celebrex----Osteoarthritis---Back
11. Trazodone----Helps to sleep, in combo with depression
12. Gabapentin--Nueropathy-Feet-Probably from Diabetes

Monumental only goes to 25K if you need 50K with the list of meds you listed then I would say UHL. Their SIWL is pretty forgiving with multiple meds even with insulin she can get an immediate benefit. The cost could be hard to swallow.
