Most of the list vendors are working with the same data - it all comes down to how you define your list selection criteria.
If you want a list with phone numbers make your you select "presence of phone". You will only get records with phone numbers that have not been flagged do not call. If you merely append phone numbers on top of other selection criteria, you will get a list with a small percentage of phone numbers.
Also look at how you select age information. Exact age uses the actual date of birth - when available. It's more expensive and you get fewer records, but your list quality is better. Modeled age comes in ranges, and is a prediction based primarily upon geographic location. You get more records at a lower price, but the list quality is not as good.
