74 Year Old Female $50,000 In WL

That's the FE product. The Essential (fully underwritten), goes all the way up to....well, Donald Trump status.

What kind of underwriting?

Paramed at that age. I doubt you will find a simplified issue GUL at that face and that age.

What about simplified issue non med GUL w little to no cash value? Could be of a lower face value but also thinking that could be good for Medicaid recipeints?

Anything out there and would that keep Medicaid clients from having issues?

I would never write UL for medicaid people so I have never looked for one. Someone might be able to tell you about one.

GUL at $50,000. Tons of them.

Non med simplified and cheap? Nope. At age you need to watch for cognitive testing also.

I hate to sound stupid but what is the difference between whole life and UL?

And then how would you suggest selling against a UL policy?

On another thread I asked the question about a guy who is MNT71 and healthy and has a Bankers LIfe for 35K at 190 per month.

That would be the worst thing to sell for Medicaid people. GUL DOES build some cash value. Just enough to screw them up. If they pull out any of the cash value to comply with Medicaid they lose their guarantee.

If they assign it to a trust or funeral home to comply with Medicaid, all the death benefit not used on a funeral has to go directly to Medicaid.

Bad choice.

What if they never had ownership?

That would be different. If they never owned it, Medicaid can't count it.

I happen to be on working on 74 year old female also. I notice that RNA Prime guide. ( I do not have an essentials) Says Mature assessment and PHI. Is that still the case? How do the handle the Hmong Language? $75,000

Thanks,

Lee

FYI, RNA is very close in price to the GULS at that age and face.
