A couple of forum friends are live on youtube

I think maybe going as long as the topic needs to go but breaking the video up into several parts. Like Dave did with JD's interview. 1/2 hour chunks are good.

Fair point, what type of "third rail" topics would you wana hear? Btw subscribe and like the video

I'd like to see you guys bring in guest heavy hitters to compare notes, e.g. @jdeasy, @SPUR CITY and non-forum heavy hitters like Al Alkurdi and Don Fransko. I myself could care less about "third rail" controversies than just hearing how others do it from those who have already done what it is I hope to do.

Then again, I do not know what you guys are aiming to accomplish with the channel. I have subscribed and I did like the video (even though it was too short lol).

I think keeping things topic based is probably best for us, but that doesn't mean no guests just that others do interviews better than I think the three of us could. That said, we are hoping to get a few of those guys on to discuss various topics. The whole thing is still sort of a work in progress. I think the live element is fun, but we may ditch it for a while so we can do things like break videos into multiple parts.

These are super fun to do. Limiting ourselves to a much shorter time limit was an interesting challenge. We will be doing more.

I felt the time limit really inhibited the depth of the discussion. My suggestion would be to pick a subject and have at it. You will know when it is time to bring it to a close.

I agree with Krobby - bring on part 2!

All my long videos are the best-performing, most viewed, and most watched on average that I do.

If there's more to the story, tell it. People will come back and watch the entirety of the recording if they're getting value.
Varying opinions here, and I agree with both sides! I like to hear a topic discussed in depth, but when I see longer times on a video I often put off watching it because, well, I don't have time! I liked this one being short enough to listen to the whole thing on my drive home this afternoon. And I'm looking forward to part 2.
