Fox Business conducted an investigation of how the IRS will operate now that the Supreme Court has upheld the Affordable Care Act.

According to this article, the IRS believes that it now has MORE snooping and enforcement authority than they previously thought!

Since Romney didn't have the bawlz to tell people how the Internal Revenue Service will soon begin prying into EVERYONE's personal lives and forcing EVERYONE to fill out forms with personal information, we can only pray that his running mate, PAUL RYAN, will get this word out. If Americans understand the intrusion and pain they're about to be subjected to, President Obama will be retired soon.

The accounting for this, especially for large groups (50 of more fte) will be an absolute nightmare. Monthly reporting will be an enormous waste of resources, not to mention the 17,000 additional IRS agents..

That won't be enough.

250+ million on Medicaid or private insurance (including group). All of those will have to be cross-checked against tax roles to see who is eligible for a subsidy, who is not.

Plans will have to be verified to make sure they are in compliance with essential benefits, etc.

There is no way this will work even if they manage to pull the money needed to fund this out of their a$$

I totally agree. This is completely unmanageable.
