Does anyone know if a broker could use an A.O.R. for a client that has AFLAC?

Or possible for a prospect?

It seems that all other companies allow this, I would imagine it would be the same for Aflac. But, I am not sure.

Thanks for the input!

Re: A.o.r.

No, you cannot AOR an Aflac policy but you can take over the account and make commission on new business that signs up for the duck.

You would be better off moving the business and saving the employees some money. It would make you look a lot better.

Re: A.o.r.

What company to you suggest to replace and save?

Unum has approached me. And I've seen ads for Hartford.

Re: A.o.r.

If you start to systematically replace or AOR your agency's business, you can expect to end up in court. Also, if you try to do business with the same companies, you may have your appointments cancelled too.

I don't believe I've ever stated that I would replace my agency's cliets with A.O.R.s. I was just curious as to Aflacs policy on this.

I am located Indianapolis.

Depending on the age the employees, Colonial can look to compete.Really depends on the size of the group and what kind of enrollment you have have.
