ACA Enrollment Via Phone

I am receiving conflicting info on whether an agent can enroll someone over phone for an exchange plan.

Agent I met told me that is what he did.

1 insurance told me that it was up to me, another said only the exchange can sign up folks over the phone.



So I am confused. Are you all that are active with ACA plans doing them over the phone?

Yes you can. Give them your n.p.n. number. I use phone as LAST resort

Tell Gohealth, Ehealth, FirstFamily etc etc you cant enroll someone over the phone/online. Your upline/etc are idiots, no you cant take any app over the phone , there is no phone app unless you call hcgov. you do an online app over the phone. man there are some moronic upline/insurance company reps out there.
