friend has healthnet hmo but doctor wont accept. He wants to change to a ppo:
easy to change now to silver 70 off exch ambette ppo for 693.00 a month san diego male non smoker 10/22/76
are there lower priced or better to just switch within heathnet?
when able to drop back to hmo?
no exclusions or watiting periods?? thanks

He will get better coverage if he goes down to Tijuana and jumps back over the calif wall
