Do the forum experts believe that the new ACA lawsuit brought by the TX and WI Attorney Generals offices will be straw that breaks the ACA's back or are the newly released to market of underwritten off exchange plans from BXBS in Idaho? Are either of these the beginning of the end for the ACA? Forum Heavyweights and big ballers please weigh in. Thanks in advance and let the fun begin!

Lawsuit is empty.
State changes are dependent on your state licenses. (doesn't matter unless you have license)
Iowa is proposing the Farm Bureau to sell non ACA plans too.
STM + no penalty will be a game changer.
Same with Assoc health plans.
Or any state that gets off their arse and makes changes.
Wisconsin is doing reinsurance to lower ACA premiums.
Love that cheese
