Agree with YA again here. Dependent on the marketplace app and dependent on taxes are 2 different things. It applies to the year 2024.

If the 19yr old is planning on filing TAXES on her own and not as a dependent on her parents TAXES, you will do a new application with only her on it.

If she is going to be a dependent on her parents TAXES, then the marketplace app has to have the whole household on it, even if she is the only one applying for coverage.

She works so her own app and credits . She has under 150% sep plus she just lost Medicaid . So i can go on health sherpa and edit the app and pull all the others off and write her?

I would leave the apps that are already on there if they are inactive. If they are active, remove her from the family app and start a new app for her. AND what Jim Wright said.
