Access and ASI Insurance Companies

Anyone has experience with Access Insurance from GA and ASI from Fl as an agent or customer about their coverage, claims etc.? Premium is ok but their
reviews regarding claims adjustment and customer services are really bad.
Any opinion welcomed.

I work with ASI and have never had any issues in regards to claims with them. They have great customer service and even better claim response. Keep in mind that ASI is one of the largest home insurers, there are bound to be some bad reviews out there. Even if you look up reviews for farmers, State Farm, usaa you will find a few bad reviews.

ASI does not do Auto.

We have Access.

Asi private label auto is Progressive.... That should explain bad reviews for auto.

You can view customer satisfaction reports on those insurance companies.

Claims is all about getting the right paperwork. If you have what they require, then you should expect no delay. Do not always blame it to the insurer.
