ACV Roof Coverage

TN Farm Bureau announced they are going to ACV only on Roofs in. Has anyone experienced a carrier doing this in their State?

I heard a rumor TN Farm Bureau was going to do this a month ago. I guess it must be true. I am more than happy to help their insured find better coverage.

I heard that KY Farm Bureau was going to ACV on roofs greater than 10 years old.

Grange is doing this on roofs that are 15 years or older I believe and I know a few other carriers we have are talking about it.
