One building?
First floor complete?
Second floor to be under construction?
Why two policies? Why not one policy with a builder's risk endorsement for the area to be worked on?

Yes, first floor complete, but vacant. Second floor down to studs.
Two polcies because I could not get carriers I work with to pick up the BR with the property/GL for various reasons. Zurich did not want the shared common wall, others did not want the age or vacancy, others it did not meet the min premium/appetite. Zurich was willing to pick upo the BR with limited premise liability. so I had to find a vacant property policy seperately.
