ADP will slip BOR's in their paperwork so the insured will sign it without even knowing sometimes.
Additionally that service is costly, I forget the cost but the insured doesn't normally realize they are paying ADP additional fees for them to adjust workman's comp every time they report payroll.
There are a lot of carriers ADP doesn't have access to, I would just find a more competitive carrier for this and rewrite it.
