Advantra Freedom 5 plus gap or plus otc question

Joe, you do it right on the www.advantrafreedom.com website but you have to be face to face with the client to do it. It's not an option for phone sales.

Scott,

I have looked again and still do not see how to do it. Maybe I am just overlooking it or as some may think, a DA.

Our office is out of enrollment forms, and this would have been great for an agent yesterday.

What links do you follow?

You just go to the customer web site and hit "enroll". You enroll the person just as though they were doing it themselves. You put in your agent number when asked and it's done.

Exactly correct. I've only done it for the Rx plan, but understand it is the same for MA.

There is a box at the bottom of the enrollment to enter the agent number.

Great posts!

Very helpful!

Just one problem.

How do I get the F-5 Gap Plan SOB and associated materials into the enrollees hands?

The F-5 Gap Plan is not available to order online. I don't see it as an option without a brochure.

A lawyer would love to meet your client whom enters the donut-hole clients.

AGENT: "Um, I told him it covered generics through the donut".

LAWYER: "My client called your office and you stated that his prescriptions were covered through the coverage gap. Did you give the client the required CMS Plan Statement of Benefits and summary materials?

AGENT: "No, I just gave a verbal description and enrolled him online."

JUDGE: "Did you bring your check book"?

Coventry obviously doesn't want sales of the F-5 Gap Plan. Maybe, they will offer us a zero commission on this one!

I was told online enrollments through the Advantra site did not pay the agent.

I would like to find out more about this option if it is available. I asked at a meeting in KC and they said that only paper and phone apps would work for getting paid.

From the online application:

" *I understand that this enrollment form cannot be completed unless I am the applicant or, as an agent or broker, I am physically with the prospective member at the time that this application is electronically submitted."
