For New York City, you HAVE to put the full legal name of the entity. This includes the INC LLC.
The explanation i got is, if they were to sue you, they will think its a DBA and assume it is sole proprietor. They will hit you as an individual for the lawsuit. They didn't know you were a corporation or llc. And apparently in ny, there have been cases where the protection of llc or inc was removed because i was advertising without it.
They had some technical law terms for this. So i ended up putting both, XYZ Insurance Agency on the bottom XYZ Insurance Agency, Inc.

Tennessee prohibits LLCs from using INC or Corporation or anything similiar. It is reserved for C and S Corps.
