Advice from Annuity Experts

You really are on the gold kick, aren't you? Just where are you getting this 15% commission off of gold?

lol. No carrier bs with gold. You can choose your own commission level. Many dealers set a 10oz min. and won't deliver the gold to the client. You can charge a premium for selling an oz. at a time and delivering the coins to them.

Look, nice shiny coins with great historical growth rates! And if you ever need to cash them in, just give me a call.

In other words, treat the seniors like little kids, distract them with bright shiny things? Sounds like you really need to do face to face then. Its hard to get them distracted by the shine over the phone.

Do you buy gold too? Fillings, broken chains, rings, etc?

:D:D

lol. I haven't done anything with gold. Just can't help but notice how popular it has become. But with 10-year T-notes dropping below 3% yesterday, it's tempting to start shlepping gold.

And yes, it can be sold over the phone. A friend got a call recently, and the salesman disclosed the commission of 15%, but claimed it was offset by the advanced software they use.

Why don't we start off with $10,000 to establish our relationship, and see where it goes form there?

If the apocalypse is coming and financial catastrophe and anarchy are on the way, I'm buying guns and bullets not gold.

That's always been my problem with gold. If the world is coming to an end, gold is worthless. Give me weapons, food and fuel, and in that order. With enough weapons, you can always take someone else's food away.

Well, eventually those without guns die away, or you run out of bullets. Why forgo the opportunity to trade gold for bullets and supplies with other gun owners.

But what good is gold going to do me? It won't keep me safe, it won't keep me fed, and it won't keep me warm. It is just shiny, and what good is that in a post-apocalyptic world?
