Aetna: "Ok one moment"
Aetna: "No one is coming up with that information. The DOB is XX/XX/1859, correct?"
Me: "1859 or 1959? What did you say?"
Aetna: "1859"
Me: "Oh, no...that would make them about 165 years old. Can I even get insurance on a 165 year old?"
Aetna: "Oh ok. Thanks for that information"

Aetna's broker and member services are somehow worse than WellCare

Close the overseas call centers nobody wants them or likes to work with them.

I get consistent complaints from members with them about customer service
