Yes, it is looking grim. Fortunately I still have about 40% of my book and growth in ACA (and 10% in small group) both which in my market still pay reasonably well. Unfortunately I see that getting squeezed soon too, and now Biden has killed short-term medical plans I am beginning to think I need to start being more aggressive on life insurance and other ancillary plans just to keep the revenue number from going down in the next few years. More work less pay. I already work too much!
