New payment options for
NJ policyholders
In accordance with new guidelines from the New Jersey Department of Insurance, we have new payment options available for our policyholders in New Jersey who may have a hard time paying their bills right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We're sending letters to our members in New Jersey this week with the information below.
If you live in New Jersey and have a…
Medicare Supplement or Protection Series℠ policy:
• You’ll have an extended grace period of 60 days to pay your premiums, starting in April or May, depending on the paid-to date on your policy.
• After the emergency grace period ends, you’ll have a payment plan option to repay any unpaid premiums over a 6-month period.
Final Expense policy:
• You’ll have an extended grace period of 90 days to pay your premiums, starting in April or May, depending on the paid-to date on your policy.
• After the 90-day period ends, you’ll have a payment plan option to repay any unpaid premiums over a 12-month period.
If policyholders need to set up a payment plan, they can call 855-524-6028.
