"Are you in need of a coach or mentor? The reality is that a majority of individuals who acquire a life and health insurance license often leave the business within the first two years—many in just the first six months. The reasons are clear: the difficulty in finding the right clients and a lack of understanding of how insurance and industry products can truly work.

We are all familiar with what they are supposed to do, but just like baking soda, these products can serve many purposes beyond providing death protection. Annuities? The same applies! Healthcare benefits? Absolutely. The key lies in a deeper understanding of what you can achieve and how to achieve it.

Therefore, I am launching my new life agent coaching and mentoring program! Why choose me, you ask? With nearly four decades of success in this industry, my experience can be invaluable to you. They say 'experience is the best teacher', so having someone with proven experience by your side must be the next best thing, right?

Moreover, many so-called "coaches" charge exorbitant fees that can be prohibitive, especially when you're just starting out. Up-lines who have only been in the industry for a few months won't offer much help either. So, let's connect. I can help you get started today for less than the cost of a night out. What do you say? Call me at 1-844-435-7233."

Um... who are you?

What is your track record?

Who else has worked with you?

I've never heard of you and I'm pretty well connected in the insurance industry around the world.

Since I've never heard of you, I googled your phone number. This was what I got: 1734028259155.png

Medicare is the first listing?

So I 'bing' your name:

HBW huh? Last I recall an MLM group, but one that certainly doesn't make headlines for the wrong reasons, so I give a little credit there.

When you want to market yourself as a coach for agents, you need to be recognized and (ideally) an industry top producer who is also well-known for their production.

If you're primarily known within your company, that's where you need to start marketing your coaching.

Look at Jim Ruta. Jim Ruta ran a 200+ person insurance agency in Canada and has a great YouTube channel of short videos but his top coaching client... is Van Mueller. 30-year Top of the Table agent. Van speaks at nearly all of Jim's events and they are a great marketing "tag-team" for Jim's coaching business.

It's not about cost, although cost can be an issue. It's about the quality and reputation of the coach.

Jim Ruta has put together his School of Life Insurance Selling (SOLIS) with some of the top industry agents, advisors, coaches, and consultants. I happen to have an affiliate link if anyone wants to check it out. Note that his pricing is in Canadian dollars, so it's like HALF that in US dollars. lol. (Don't quote me on that.)

I wonder if he can teach me how to door knock ... Properly.

I've tried twice and failed at it both times.

The first time I tried it, I broke my pinkie finger. And the second time I fell off the porch and sprained my ankle.

I could really use some help.

It could Literally change you life,

Thank you for your insightful comments. I have been involved in this "game" for nearly 40 years, and as you know, most won't survive beyond two years. Originally, I built one of the largest and most productive organizations in HBW, enrolling over 1,800 agents in approximately five years.

That said, no matter how big one gets or how many people you enroll, coach, or teach, the numbers will always be "the Numbers" in any sales or marketing endeavor. Typically, 20% of the team writes 80% of the business.

That was over 10 years ago, and once we parted ways, I returned to personal production, expanding my business to include trusts, mortgages, accredited investor placements, and more. The fact is, these are all crucial aspects of a comprehensive plan for one's financial needs.

Now, as I mature in life, my goal is not to pass away with my "music inside." I aim to work with newcomers to help them become better educated—not just better trained—giving them a fair shot at success in what is both a viable and necessary industry. By not overcharging them, anyone can become a part; the only caveat is that they can only be licensed for less than 2 years. I am not planning to enroll anyone who is already thriving! I am just about kickstarting new agents and advisors.

All the best.

Something about the term "enroll" when used in a recruiting sense.... gives me the ick...

The epitome of throw them against the wall and see who sticks.

And it gives the exact opposite vibe of what "industry coaching" should be and feel like.

Hello Scagnt83,

It's always valuable for us to gather perspective from those willing to provide an opposing point of view and sometimes even the criticism from someone we don't know. For me, the most important thing is to recognize that not every program will be a fit for every person. Therefore, anyone who is new and on their own, that is seeking assistance in the business, should feel free to reach out at 1-844-435-7233 so that we can chat. If we are a fit, that's awesome! If not, we can move on in life as acquaintances in the same industry. I wish you nothing but the best.

Peace out!
