You are right, mistook where he said dial it in to be dial them.
Same difference. You'll get sent off to spam and end up with the email being blacklisted if you don't know what you are doing.
Yeah and though I doubt you'll ever get reported, I'm pretty sure there are some laws with email blasting? Could be wrong, I get email blasted all the time.

There are and you are right almost never enforced. I believe you can take private action against the sender and get some money, but apparently almost no one does.

A lot of the captive shops like Primerica and Lincoln Heritage have their agent's license address as the office's address.

Getting the info is actually quite easy. It is being able to do something with it that is the hard part.
