Hello everyone!

I am in the process of obtaining external research on co-creating a framework to facilitate future business decisions. In some workplaces, it is found to be difficult to make operational ownership decisions because of a lack of structured terminology. For this reason, I would love insight from professionals in the insurance industry on what the following questions mean to you.

What are the standard accountabilities of the following teams in your experience? Marketing, sales, customer

How do you define a lead, prospect, and customer?

How do companies tend to differentiate between a marketing qualified lead/opportunity and sales qualified lead/opportunity?

Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you!
 
I legit thought this was a one-off posting until I saw that they were market researching in the other six posts they've done.
