I attended UAkron. I studied marketing. I love talking to people, I have a good salesmanship I believe. I've done retail sales and done phenomenal. Due to my age, I may not know the world of insurance but I'm not ignorant to the world. If my age is my biggest weakness then my biggest strength is my age.

I talked to an agency owner recently who has 9 agents working for him and he is now 40 but started when he was 20.

I started at 23 and my maturity level probably still hasn't reached 23 yet 10 years later. Welcome aboard!

I started at 22 upon graduation from college. That was 32 years ago.

But I saw a lot of people miserably fail.

Again..Good luck and I hope you have a lot of success. But the odds are stacked against you by starting at age 20. That's reality.
