Alabama Bankers Life

Hello All,
I had an interview with Bankers this week and was offered a position. I am a recent graduate with a degree in Family Financial Planning and I'm looking for work in the Financial Services industry. The reviews online about Bankers are mostly negative. It seems to be that it depends on what Bankers office you work at determines how successful working for this company can be. Does anyone know about the Birmingham office or any other good information that could help me?
