Always Sell The Appointment Hard

Just work the sh*t out of the lead over the phone, regardless of the outcome.

If they won't play ball with you, 90% of the time they're a waste of time.

I kinda disagree there Reardon. I dont make push them too hard....I push, but not to make it so they'll remember me, then I can show up at their door in a few days or a week later!

I agree with that one. Sold an old lead from 3 months that didn't want to do it originally. I drove by and we discussed it again and they were ready and bought.
 
In 7 years, I have NEVER gotten 1 call-back...but... I have had MANY hard closes that ended up being great clients on the books for years....
