By the way, yesterday I met with a prospect and talk about a second language, my presentation was done all in sign language. Wish I was more fluent but it's very cool to be able to communicate with a deaf person. From what I'm told, I am the only insurance agent anyone knows of that works in Tulare County that knows any ASL.
What I really need to is to find an agent that speaks Spanish that will help me. Probably can make $3-5K a month but I can't find anyone.

an't you just find a bi-lingual person that can interprete and pay them as an interpreter?
Make sure they're legal before you hire them though.
