Tough to sell fixed interest right now. Maybe look at a five year SPIA that buys some time until interest rates come back up. At that point may be you can lock in a better fixed annuity rate. The indexed annuity income riders don't always leave enough flexibility for the client in my mind.

That GASR annuity looks good. Very simple with bailout provions. Just "google' it Freddie.
