I wanted to get some feedback from anyone that has experience using Plum Direct Marketing out of Massachusetts. They offer a direct mail program that my IMO recommended. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Plum does a good job and is a reputable direct mail firm in regards to the results you can expect form direct mailers. However, your current IMO should be able to get you a little better rate than you can get on your own.

It's common to hear of a response rate of around 1%, but could vary depending on where you're located.
