Depends on what you mean by "healthcare". Most have waiver of surrender charges for full on nursing home needs. But, if you are talking about unexpected bills for hospital stay or co-pays & deductibles for medical, that is an entirely different thing. Annuities being illiquid for the most part should not be planned on for health care costs/co-pays, etc & the carriers suitability area will want to make sure the client has adequate other liquid funds.

All that aside, you can look at a lot of good carriers for MYGA annuities of 3,5, 7 year rate locks. Some with the best interest rates will have little to no access without paying surrender charges & others will pay slightly lower interest if you select one with 10% annual free withdrawals. Definitely pick one with waiver of surrender charges for nursing home & terminal illness. I would start with your IMO/BGA as they can match you up with best carrier for the client
