Anthem? Advances? EASY App?

What's up with the offers section?

I posted about Anthem advances being available in more states (OH, MO, IN, NV, CO and CA) and it hasn't been put up yet, yet other posts have been approved.

Am I stepping on someone's toes?

Since this post is also an offer, perhaps you would have been better served to ask a monderator instead of posting here.

An offer in any other section (even to ask the question you did) is still an offer. I assumed by now you would know the rules.

OK, I'll bite. Anthem does not advance direct in California, only as-earned. So this must be under some MO/GA arrangement? If so, how much of the FY and Renewal commission percent are they taking off the top to offer this? Are they advancing 20%/10% in California? Just curious.
