Foresters will go down to $20K.

UHL is your best bet. No minimum face unless you have ROP quote, then $25k minimum.

Globe rate for term is 16.49 for the 52 yo... most likely be graded. They could buy an immed benefit 5K face WL from Assurity for essentially the exact same price. I believe that I would recommend that approach and if that doesn't work then send them onto Globe or AARP... if even for a temp period of time. You can't get em all.
