Any Chance???

Government Personel Mutual. I remembered after I posted they do have a 20% ratio rule on the GDB and MOD to the Preferred. But they are a great company, well organized. Excellent commissions and renewals

I was told that ^^^ wouldnt be a problem if u submitted a lot of graded biz....again, I was told this, I havent tested it yet!

I've only submitted healthy apps so far for this reason. I hope you're correct. Thought they may be more lenient with the rule after they received a few apps rather than calling to ask permission. Know doubt they will warn first. Forgiveness is easier than permission many times. 35 years of marriage has proven this for me.

Well they have never slapped me with any ratio and I do about 1/3 SIWL 1/3 Graded 1/3 Mod with them so I wouldn't be too worried. Only thing I hate about them is no on the spot interview. But I guess its a trade off for the super lenient U/W:skeptical:

Ok so I thought I could place her with Standard Life. She has been cancer free for 26 months, but the doctor still had her on tamoxifen. Standard Life considers that treatment not maintenance. Is any of the carriers that you all listed that considers tamoxifen as maintenance and would be okay?

5Star UW told me if the medication is beyond the the # of yrs asked in the question, its maintenance, not treatment, so she should be good to go!!

That is one thing I don't mind, no interview (POS).

Yeah except they do a interview when you leave 100% of the time... and alot of the time they cant get ahold of the customer because they are calling from out of state (unless you live in Texas)
And they withdraw policies they cant get a hold:mad: of pretty fast.
