Any clients been spooked by the UHC claims fiasco

Just got my first chargeback from UHC.

I'm getting calls and emails but its people on Plan G, so its just me reassuring them. Still my go-to on MAPD and there have been a lot lately due to a Humana network issue in Dallas

Ohhh Man yes not that it is a ton but the ones I am getting are in pannc mode and these are clients I have had for years

I had 2 in particular who was better off in UHC MAPD verse one from Humana and the other from Aetna by far because of the changes

Both called me up screaming they want to go back UHC is the worst they dont cover Nuffin and there are so many problems and all there meds are not covered

But when I say slow down what is not covered? What meds are you having issues with and what problems are you having

I cannot get a strait answer I just want to go back I hate uhc

I have no Idea what issues were I have one I put back in Humana

and the other will wait and call me back if they really want to go back to aetna
