Any Feedback on Leadco?

Has anyone had experience with leadco?

There seems to be two leadco's: leadco.biz and leadco.co. They seem to be two distinctly different vendors.

I purchased some leads from leadco.biz awhile ago and they are painful in giving credit for bad leads, imo anyway. They just seem to ignore the fact that the lead they are supplying is not within the filters of what you originally requested.

Any experience with the other leadco (leadco.co)?

Leadco is good for some people. They get you in front of quality prospects. I used leadco for two months and put in 2,000 dollars I made two sales from 35 leads and both of those sales got reversed. I booked 15 appointments from the 35 leads. they are very expensive and as you know the more people you see the more chances you have to make a sale. you are also selling mortgage protection what I used to do was I printed out the leads cut them up and stapled them to a folder and would show them that I had there lead card. I was in a appointment with a client and they told me you got my mortgage card then why are all of these other people calling me saying that they can offer me mortgage protection. they aren't as exclusive as you think. another time I was with a client and she told me the only reason why I had you come over was because I kept getting these in the mail.

You had 15 apps and only wrote 2? If 35 leads gets you into 15 houses, I consider that good. I would think the average agent would have wrote more than 2 from 15 apps.

A lot of the people think you are going there for mortgage protection and when you tell them that a life insurance company takes care of the mortgage they tell you I though this was for mortgage insurance and not life insurance then they tell you they have life insurance with this carrier and they have enough. I would prepare all of the leads with term policy's.
