Any med supp for over 50 units insulin?

This is in IL
I know BC is always and option but apart from that will any med supp underwrite for just over 50 units
Its actully a sliding scale and he says he is not really going over 50 but its prescribed and I have been declined with Ace

UHC hit this guy in the past with level 2

I don't have fed life, I don't remember seeing them much

If there rate is decent and they are in a few states I might look at them

I've got them. MOFO's the TPA. Rates are competitive.

I only tried using them once. They declined a lady because she was recently diagnosed with diabetes and hadn't been taking Metformin for 2 years. You could call MOFO and run it past UW to be sure.

Is MOFO the same underwriting?
